During our registration process days and times are set to accommodate your needs. We realise from time to time things may change and are flexible to allow additional hours/days to be added to your child’s space with us. Our opening times are: Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm Teilo's Tots Day care charge the following for day care sessions: Full day: 8am-5.30pm £37 Half day: 8-1 £23.50 or 1-5.30 £25.50 IIncluded in the fees are all meals, snacks and drinks. We ask parents/carers to provide formula milk for babies who are bottle fed We also request that all nappies, wipes and barrier creams are provided. For children who are potty training please bring plenty of underwear and clothing for any accidents that occur! Teilos Tots is closed on all bank holidays. Teilos Tots is closed for two weeks over the Christmas period, you will not be charged for these dates – closure dates will be announced in September. Payments Invoices are sent on the last day of the month via email and the Famly app. Paper copies can be given at your request. Payments are due by the 5th of each month, payments need to be prompt. Any payments after the 10th of the month will result in a £10 fine. Constant late payments or non-payments can result in your child’s place at Teilo's Tots being terminated. Please speak to a member of staff if you need to discuss payment plans. A FOUR week notice period is required to terminate a child’s place or to reduce your child’s hours. Childcare vouchers are accepted - please speak to Leanne Evans regarding setting up a this system of payment.

We ask that parents ensure that their children are collected promptly. Sometimes unavoidable situations happen if this is the case please contact the setting so provision can be made. Persistent lateness cannot be accepted – late charges will be enforced if needed.
