The children in our care are the very foundation of our day care setting. Every child’s health, development and wellbeing is our top priority and we wish to support all children as they grow and develop to be the best that they can be. To enable this we have developed a highly motivated, enthusiastic, dedicated staff team who are experiences and skilled in all aspects of children’s care and development. All staff hold a minimum of NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development as well as first aid and safeguarding training. Disclosure and barring checks are completed on all staff and these checks are updated every three years Staff are creative and passionate so plan activities and routines that boast children’s development through fun activities. Allowing children to learn new skills, be adventurous, take simple risks, communicate efficiently and have fun with their peers. All children have dedicated keyworkers who provide care, warmth, fun and joy throughout their sessions at Teilos Tots. Keyworkers are on hand to speak with parents/carers when needed. Staff regularly update the Famly app so that you can see what your child is getting up to while you are away from them!
